What a Great Weekend!
Thanks to everyone who attended the Third Annual California’s Artisan Cheese Festival. We hope you had a great time, and took home some delicious cheese. We also hope you gained greater knowledge and appreciation of our wonderful cheesemakers (and farmers, chefs, and our other featured artisans) and what goes into crafting their fantastic artisan creations.

We also want to thank all of the cheesemakers, farmers, presenters, chefs and other participants in the festival, as well as all of our staff, volunteers and sponsors who made this festival both possible and successful.

After we all catch our breath after the big weekend, we are planning on posting on this website some of the valuable information distributed at the festival, including the recipes for the chef demonstrations on Sunday.
