Anthea Stolz
Anthea Stolz’s love of cheese started in France while she was a curious study abroad student and intensified behind the cheese counter at Zingerman’s Delicatessen in Ann Arbor, MI. What started out as a summer job turned into three years of delicious learning at Zingerman’s before she moved west to San Francisco, continuing to work with cheese, first at The Pasta Shop, and currently at Bi-Rite Market where she is the cheese buyer.
