Wil Edwards
Wil Edwards, a native of New York City, has cast his life into a wide range of creative arts. He's worked in theatre, dabbled in music, a stint at a pickle factory and then on to Seventeen Magazine in the 80's as a darkroom technician and photographer.
His lifetime fascination with food craft and photography converged on a farmstead goat cheese dairy, Harley Farms, in Northern California. After working on the farm he ventured off to Europe to train with master producers in France and Italy.
He has taught the art of cheese craft at a variety of venues including CIA Greystone, Sur la Table, French Kitchen (France), California’s Artisan Cheese Festival and is a faculty member at the Cheese School of San Francisco, where his photographic work is currently exhibited. Wil is Editor-at-Large and a photo contributor for Culture magazine, founder of the Artisan Food School and the Educatore del Formaggio for Guffanti Formaggi in Arona, Italy.
